sadly I do agree... i liken it to the show "Clean Sweep" on TLC..these people have shitstorm houses. ppl come in and fix it and try to set them up a way to prevent it from happening agian.. but the bottom line is ... it will.. it's a basic rule of life.. you can't tell someone .. "ok .. no...uh...CHANGE" and it works... it's just not plausible.
