Feng Shui addresses?

Post by Tiatiah »

Can someone explain to me how Feng Shui applies to numerical house addresses? I don't get this stuff at all. The most experience I have with Feng Shui is the little book of Wrong Shui I have in my cubicle that a coworker gave me for xmas.

But tonight I actually heard of a couple who refused to buy a house because the address contained bad Feng Shui. More particularly, the numerical address wasn't 'auspicious'?

Its called dumbasses. Lots and lots of people believe in mystical forces that swirl and pervade our world that we cannot see and will hurt us if we put the sofa in the north end of the living room under the painting.
Energy is neither created or destroyed, so it is fairly safe to assume the particles that make up your body will exist forever. We are all eternal.

i dont think it would have so much to do with your address as it would do with your location on the block, how your house is situated inside, and the direction the house faces

pfft, clearly the only feng shui that matters is feng shui sex
if shes bending over a chair, its bad feng shui to do anythign other then anal
if your in the movies its bad feng shui to not get a hummer
if there are 2 lamps in the room anything other then reverse cowgirl can cause bad forces to render you impotent
Proven science.

Basically, in Chinese popular religion, people believe they have a "spiritual number" associated with the date and time of birth. I've heard that it is an 8 digit number usually, (YY:MM:DD:HH) year, month, day, hour.

The number is used in conjunction with Feng shui to allow the maximum amount of positive spiritual forces to enter your household. Feng shui typically involves getting a house with a main entrance or big backyard facing the south. If the number of the house happens to be your spiritual number or to contain part of it, then you have found your perfect house. So, if your birthday was 12-15-75, at 12 pm, and you found a good feng shui house with the address 1215 75th St. Apt #12., then your life would supposedly prosper even more.

I guess there might be some opposing number as well, but I haven't heard about that though. Maybe the couple just wanted something closer to their numbers.
...but there could be more to it.

Useful information I learned in college!
