That's 90kb.

I set an 80kb limit (very generous) for sigs. Avatars should be much smaller, but generally I only gripe if sig + avatar = > 80K.

But the dimensions of avatars should also be small. I don't always enforce that either (I'm lazy) but the bikini one was way too big, to say nothing about the rules the mods put on you

Anyway, by my kb count, that avatar is 88.7 kb. Close to 90, but not quite. But c'mon, that avatar is just so damn cute.
