The fact that The Contract with America is not studied in American high schools and colleges with the same depth as the other documents listed proves the liberal bias in our educational system. .When the The Contract with America was issued in September of 1994, it presented clearly defined positions on issues of concern to the American people. It was a written commitment that presented to the people an agenda for the House of Representatives. In exercising their freedom to govern themselves, the people could read The Contract with America and embrace the agenda presented in the document. The resulting vote re-established the people's control of Congress and granted to the new majority elected the responsibility to proceed with The Contract, and, by open debate and consensus, bring to the House Floor several bills which are listed in The Contract.
p.s. If you agree with any of that shit I write above, with anything written on DeLay's website comparing the CWA to the other documents listed, or that the CWA is great document of freedom, you need to stop voting, because you are too stupid to provide useful input into the governing of the United States.
