Sony VAIO hkserv.exe

I just bought a sony vaio laptop off ebay and the first thing I did was reinstall windows xp pro. Now the FN key doesn't work to adjust volume and junk. I found out that sony uses a program called HKserv.exe to deal with this stuff but I can't seem to find it on their website or anywhere else from google searches. Anyone have any ideas?

On a completely seperate note, is there any way in WoW to easily put the stuff you just typed in again? Like in EQ, it was something like cntrl+up arrow key, and it would show you your most recent types.

Alt+up was for EQ I take it? It is not working for WoW at least....

It works, just tested it

. Hit enter first to bring up the chat entry thingy. Shift-up was for EQ.

Ok I ordered the original drivers and utilities CD from Sony and installed the right program and junk and it still isn't working... any ideas?
