It sounds like some sort of copy protection has had a fight with another sort of copy protection and your CD/DVD configuration is the loser. It's fixable, but I'd really have to be sitting at the machine and not over a message board.

Like I said, I am dropping it off on Monday before I fly outta town. Thanks for the help though.

download s4hide.exe first run it then use the restore feature and see if it fix's it.

I would bet safedisc fucked up your drives and if it did that .exe will fix it.
