Was there some Promo or something going on? I have my characters there still. I keep getting e-mails from sony saying they can re-activate my account whenever. Usually I just delete anything from sony without reading it. I may have messed around for a month to test things out though. Are you playing any other games Gloob? Like I said, I got WoW, but I play it casually, and have been sucsessful in not letting it consume my soul as EQ didMystical Ogre wrote:Hi Thorg!Thorg Frostfist wrote:I had considered it a long time ago, but I Officially quit when PoP came out, and really pretty much stopped playing when SoL came out. I'd be way to far behind to even begin to know what was going on, and I'm pretty sure nobody I knew is left. I grabbed WoW instead.
I wish I hadn't deleted all of my characters! We could have played together this month to relive the good old days - free of charge.

WoW isn't good enough or challenging enough to have the power to consume the souls of anyone with gaming talent...only the bored, pathetic, lonely, and ugly...and no, before anyone says it, I don't play WoW...it sucks.Thorg Frostfist wrote:Was there some Promo or something going on? Yeah, I think there is a promo - ending this month - that allows you to play for free, even on an inactive account. I really have no reason to take advantage of it, though, since there are no worthwhile characters left.Thorg Frostfist wrote:Was there some Promo or something going on? As for games, all I do these days is some casual gaming on Battle.net playing WC3 and Starcraft. I really have not had a desire to start playing a MMORPG again. I envy you, however, for still being able to visit your old character every now and then; I regret deleting all of mine back in early 2003! However, I guess it has prevented me from potentially reviving my old habit, which would be disasterous for me at this point in time. If you ever do get to log back on as Thorg, please share with me what it is like! =)

I can imagine the gay pirate expansion being hard to resist for you.Turaylon Soulshadow wrote:I would play if my computer didn't suck and I actually had time. Still have to buy PoR, TSS, and apparently this gay pirate expansion, but I'll be back...eventually...

Well, just reinstalled but apparently even for the free month I need to activate my account...so who wants to go buy me a game card and send me the number on it over AIM since, well, I'm fucking broke right now?
