The monk and the paragon.

I spent about 450k on all of my monk's armor/weapons, which is quite a lot for Guild Wars. The paragon's stuff cost about 80k.

No, it's not class specific, just pretty expensive.

Here is the "common" armor from Eye Of The North. It's the Dread Mask dyed black. The Golden Rin Relics that you need for it are about 2k-3k each.
