At least Hung wasn't disappointing. I wasn't expecting to see some bush.

I'll echo the above sentiments in that I was excited for Evan Rachel Wood to be on the show, and as soon as she started talking I was completely turned off. The writing for her was terrible and the acting did nothing to help it.

I kind of liked the ending scene with Sookie. It had an Alice in Wonderland meets haunted house feel to it.

It was 1 hour of filler, fluff bullshit to build up to the finale.

Saw the latest episode last night.

Wow - vampire queen was not what I was expecting at all. Tara's mom is a dumbass. WTF Lafayette?

Lame episode, but I'm still excited for next week!

I'm getting exceedingly annoyed by Lafayette's PTSD flashbacks. Eric in a fucking dress? They're making Lafayette look like a whiny little bitch more than they are making him look genuinely post-traumatic.

Vamp Queen was extremely lame. Something about her forcing Bill to hang around and...play Yahtzee? I can't say if I'm familiar with the actress, but I didn't think her portrayal was bad nearly as much as I simply thought the character was a twit.

While we were watching this one we kept looking at each other going "what?!" Obvious filler episode, but damn. Can we get back to ass-kicking plz?

The character isn't suppose to be a twit, nor a quirky Yahtzee playin' retard. She's suppose to be a very old, intelligent vampire. More of a jaded, laid back calculating type.

I wouldn't be surprised if friggin' Twilight (or New Moon) pulls off the turned-at-a-young-age-but-old-and-calculating vamp better with Dakota Fanning.

It's not for two weeks. They never show new episodes over holidays it seems. :(

Yeah, I'm getting more and more annoyed with Lafayette. If they're going to keep him around (even though he was supposed to die according to the book-readers here) then why turn him into a mega-pussy? Give me the old Lafayette or put him out of his misery.

My favorite part of True Blood is whenever they go to the Beach Boardwalk and Tim Capello is busting out on his sax.

Vampires love inspirational songs

Lulu,

Ok - maybe another time?

Last night I was fixing a computer for a friend of a friend. It turns out that their neighbor owns Emilio's (another mexi-restaurant near Bennys) and the neighbor's father is actually the Benny! I guess they compete over their green chili recipes. Small world.

No comments on the season finale yet?? I'll be watching it later tonight, but I expected some of you to be talking about it already.
