So, I've been playing with other characters just to sort of learn the roles a bit more. Been enjoying Poppy, Caitlyn, Mordekaiser (lulz), and now Singed. Jeez, Singed and Mordekaiser are retardedly strong if you don't oppress them early game. As singed last night in 3v3 I was standing in their base just running in circles with poison on while they chased me and died to it. I was /all TROLOLOLO the whole fuckin match.

I've been meaning to try Poppy, she pisses me off playing against her so that means I'll probably enjoy pissing others off playing with her. Morde seems really OP - I haven't played him yet either but I definitely have a hard time killing him.

My summoner is level... 17 now I think? The games are definitely getting more challenging. I need to branch out of my champion selection a bit. I've usually been sticking to Amumu and Zilean lately.

I'm 12 now, and was considering playing Amu and Zil just to check em out, but I haven't yet. Of the champions that came with the retail pack, the only one I've ever even tried is Annie. lol

I haven't had much time to play lately, but Zil/Amu are great to have in your arsenal. I prefer Amumu as far as champs, but he's usually banned in low ELO ranked games. If you have Irelia, give her a shot, too. She's pretty damn good and her burst damage (and slight tanking) make her a force. Later on Singed becomes very powerful, but you kinda need the Swiftness Quints/Evasion Seals for him to be beast, which even I don't have (for all 12 it costs roughly 12,000 IP) but he's impossible to kill when played well.

Right now Level 30 is ridiculously hard. All the High ELO ranked players are playing normals to test out the new patch and get prepared for season 2. It's driving me nuts. My last 10 games played, I'm like 3/7 or something crappy like that.

Nah, I don't have Irelia yet. I may pony up and get some RP today to get Galio and the other one that are on sale for half price. I've already got Garen, but he's so meh.

The one problem I'm noticing with Singed is that he doesn't really have anything to cap off his ridiculous poison damage. His auto attack is meh at best, and fling is good but not always easy to land in a quick fight surrounded by minions.

I know you guys never play 3's, but what the fuck is this sudden rush in one team staying together as 3 and just run around killing people. It's so annoying because the only way to combat it is to keep your team of 3's together, and that doesn't happen when you solo queue. :/

Garen was my most recent unlock and I love him so far! Seems pretty OP really, regen, damage, silence, speed boost, finishing ultimate... ¡Demacia!

Out of all of the magazines I’ve found, 16 in all, 15 of them had the promo code ripped out of the magazine. I bought the one that was not ripped and was very stoked. When I went to enter the code, it had already been used and was invalid. I already informed Riot about this and they said I'm SoL.

That's not true. They gave codes to people who bought the mag, just had to show them the mag and a proof of purchase (ie: Receipt from purchase) and they'll email it to you. It's all over their forums, but mainly here: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/sho ... ?t=1220476

Hmmm got the mag last week but haven't tried entering code yet. Pretty shitty that people are just entering the code from the store. I guess when it's ripped out of the mag, at least you know it's been used before you buy it.

Xican - you totally ditched us last night! When I logged off I saw you sent a message but closed before I read it, assuming you went to bed. Game lasted a long while, and we actually were doing really well 4v5. We got a couple inhibitors and I thought we were going to win, but then it all went to hell. Would have easily got it had you stayed though.

Really wish I hadn't dodged so much (lose 10 elo every dodge) when I first started ranked... I'm 99-82 right now. 54.7% win rate I'd be easily in the 1600+ elo range. By comparison, hotshotgg, the most infamous pro player has a 53.2% win rate. Though, with far more games played and at a higher elo... Still... I plummeted from 1365 to 800 due to dodging/drunk play. So disappointing.

I feel you. I'm down to like 920 right now because I keep getting teams full of stupid fuck trolls, afkers, and then sometimes I just suck or get counter picked. Last night was a prime example. I played Twitch and the dipshit who played bottom lane with me took Volibear instead of a support or another DPS, and so I was getting shit on constantly by an Ezreal and an AP Soraka. She was farming so hard with starcall, she was constantly putting down purple wards so I couldn't even get close without Ez doing his teleport shot and just shitting all over my face. Of course that Volibear sucked too, and wasn't able to keep me alive.. though he was magically able to mop up the almost dead champions I left in my wake.
