Re: Dammit Harlowe
hmm, well, I went to look for a pic (since you asked) and hell if I can find one online. I need to find a sneaky way to take one. It's weird, though. He has this Russell Crowe face from LA confidential, but he's older, (like early 40s). Kind of like how Russell Crowe should have aged.
I saw Russell on Oprah a few months ago and I thought, "Wow, when did you become that guy on a sitcom that's married to a hot chick and you're . . . well . . . Jim Belushi?"

I like!
This is unrelated to PUK, but love the band Warpaint and this is my favorite video of theirs, maybe because it reminds me of Summer.

Am I a douchebag for enjoying the new Blink album? I'm finding that new "Ghost on the Dance Floor" song to be great while doing pushups. Good stuff.
And of course there's the most ultimate workout song of all time:

I like it too Minute for the same reasons- work out music. Also, I'm such a huge Tool dork in general and it's my go-to music if I don't know what to listen to while working out indoors - actually Maynard I should say because there is some Puscifer and A Perfect Circle in there too.Minute wrote:Am I a douchebag for enjoying the new Blink album? OMFG I love Maynard. If I were trapped on a desert island then I'd be happy with just his 3 bands. Tool, Puscifer, and APC all queued up to get me through a long Monday!Harlowe wrote: actually Maynard I should say because there is some Puscifer and A Perfect Circle in there too.

Yeah I love Justice, nice remix there Xil. Maynard of course, not sure I consider that work out music though. Try some of these out:
One that I think is pretty catchy/ good for gym.
(INTRO is long and boring IMO, give it til 50 seconds!)
Love me some Robyn:
lol remix, first 30 seconds is just thumpa:

Yeah. I think he's the most musically-talented artist alive. The wife wasn't digging on Puscifer today though. I heard her tell her mom "All I hear is this BOOM BOOM BOOM coming out of his office" lol.Harlowe wrote:We are music soulmates my friend. =)Freecare Spiritwise wrote:OMFG I love Maynard. On a semi-very distant-note they said Foster the People were going to be the musical guests on SNL next week. I wonder what OTHER song they will sing.
