Nerd Help - Video Conferencing

Okay, so I'm about to pull my hair out here. Here's what I need.

I need to be able to watch live feed through two webcams in our gaming lab.

The main PC will be the one "watching.

The two test PCs will be the ones with the webcams.

We're doing this to watch live video of people gaming so we can code their facial expressions. They will know they are being watched through the camera, but our thinking is that it's easier for us to watch via a webcam than sitting on their desks or standing behind the screen staring at them. We feel we'll get better reactions and such w/o a live person in the room.

So, how the fuck do I do this?

Me = "hey, let's use google+ and do "hangout" video chat. We could watch two videos at once. Yay!

Uhhh, here's the issue:

Google + suck my ass 16 times over. Holy shit what an UN-userfriendly piece of shit. Half the time the other account would get an invite to the hangout and the other half of the time, nada. Nothing.

Not to mention that we only have IE on the machines in the lab and the department peeps shit their pants whenever we ask for anything new and "weird" (like, oh, Chrome).

So, we can't install anything. We can't even update the IE to a version that supports google+.

I'm so at a loss as to what to do.

Ideas?

I'd suggest Skype and force your IT Nazis to permit it.

We finally got google hangout to work. We had to beg the stupid tech guys to install chrome since IE sucks big dong.

So, yay! Problem solved!

I love G+. Got around 1k people in various circles & do hangouts with friends almost nightly. Utilized correctly it's so fun. Plus the G+ crowd is way less concerned about the bullshit PC stuff.
