Any time a series brings up time travel or parallel/alternate universes, it becomes insta-fail. So too will the next Dicasfilms trilogy.

In the end, the only good sci-fi movie was Outland.

But on a more serious note... SW has been bastardized and fucked up beyond all repair at this point. Maybe JJ will work his (ripped off style and bells+whistles) magic and turn the Millenium falcon into a trendy scifi themed nightclub?
