Without a doubt, the best plot/story of any superhero movie ever. It doesn't have the star power of the Avengers, but it is a better movie. I really have nothing at all bad to say about it at all.
And holy crap, Agents of Shield dropped a damn bomb.

How was GSP's acting? His wretched accent is painful for me and I just can't see him playing a very strong role. Granted, he's playing a french kick boxer so it shouldn't be a huge stretch. I have to imagine he did all his own stuff and it would be cool to see the fight scenes.

The character he is playing is a far cry from the Savate champion from the comics, but his part in the movie is very minimal. Basically one fight scene.

Enjoyed it. Leaps & bounds more entertaining than the 1st one, which was damn near dull to the point of tears. I like that they upped his fighting & strength a bit without making him overly powerful. There were a few scenes that I could knit pick, but over all a great movie. And tying it in with the show, which seems to finally be picking up some steam, was done well. Wasn't unhappy I paid to see it.

Saw this on Thursday and was pleasantly surprised. I've never been a big Captain America fan, but I really enjoyed this movie. There was more intrigue than I'm used to seeing in a 'super hero' movie, that typically just boils down to super powers vs super powers. It was a nice change of pace.

Saw it on Friday and was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I have an issue with is 20th Century Fox having the rights to the word 'Mutant'. Its a freaking word...
Besides that, if they're going to go the route I think they want to go (Civil War) they're going to need to team up with the other studios at some point.. (Also theres the fact that Wolverine AND Spiderman are eventually Avengers too)

Or they'll use their magical author powers to tell a new story loosely related to the printed one, if they don't think the return on investment on the billion or so dollars per frame Sony and Fox will try to extort back out of them.Fallakin Kuvari wrote:Saw it on Friday and was pleasantly surprised.
