Fargo

Was really impressed with the first episode, but thought it might peter out. After watching the 2nd episode I think this show is legit interesting.

I haven't watched the second episode yet, but the first was good.

I just have one gripe; as a Minnesota girl who grew up in Duluth and the Iron Range around many Lutheran-Swede-Potluck Hotdish types, they got really lazy with the campy MN accent. They did a much better job in the movie, but in this series, it seem like all they did was just toss in a million "Oh yah's". It's like depicting Canadians by just saying "aye" at the end of every sentence.

Okay, sure I have said "oh yah", but not like O YAH?! and certainly not during intimate moments and I don't say you betcha or donchano. My husband says he was really disappointed when he moved here and everyone didn't talk like they did on Fargo. :D

Second episode was better (accent-wise). I think it's one worth adding to the line up.

Show keeps getting better. Billy Bob is fucking great. That last episode with the "You're Making A Mistake" thing... brilliant!

I love the show and I was just happy as hell when I saw the little red snow scrapper. I was all "No way....did they....FUCK YA!"

Had to remind my girlfriend about it.
Mal: Seems we got here just in the nick of time. What does that make us?

Zoe: Big damn heroes, sir.

Mal: Ain't we just.
