I saw it last night. Highly entertaining. Not as good as Avengers imo, but a very good movie. Considering that Guardians was always a minor title, they did a really good job of making them relevant.

I really enjoyed it. The humor was spot on. I knew (know) so little about this story, so it was all new and very surprising. And fun.

I said this same thing & got guff for it.

Movie was great. Even the best super hero movie of the year. I'm not taking anything away from it. But Avengers was god damned spectacular. People have extremely short memories.

Yeah, it's not quite up there with the Avengers, but it doesn't have to be and it shouldn't be. It had a completely different "feel."

I enjoyed this movie. Not quite on par with the Avengers, but few movies will be, especially within the same genre.

Good light-hearted but still quasi-serious flick if you want something that's easy on the mind for a couple hours. My only small issue with it is that I found the pacing to be a little off, but I think that was the result of trying to build a Marvel Universe that is significantly less familiar than that of the Avengers or X-Men.
