I've alwasy just swallowed them like a pill, then chase with a strong tasting liquid.

Yeah, I compress them as much as I can with my hands, swallow them like a pill and chase them with something sweet or with alcohol in it. If the stems are too long, you can cut them into smaller pieces to roll up into a smaller ball. It doesn't matter if you eat it in 10 tiny bites if it helps you taste it less.

It's been 22 years for me. I really, really wanted to take some, but it wasn't meant to be. At least for doing them at home. Sooner or later I'll find myself camping with the right hippies...

Why doesn't anyone do my PB sammich method? Seems so much better than swallowing dirt flavored yuck.

Putting it in anything you have to chew would be more awful than swallowing whole.
