EoD is a classic example of what can go wrong if you go too fast with a large number of innexperienced members. Skipping the classical guildbuilding like loyalty and liking, ensured the innevitable grief and eventually lead to it's demise.
What EoD had achieved in a small time is admirable and given a few months at full strength, they surely would've been competition for Enshadowed. The state EoD was in at it's peak however, was not even remotely close to being competition for Enshadowed, but they could've gotten there.
Too bad it was loaded with KC/Velks mentallity people who just reached lvl 65 after playing for one month or so it seemed. Nevertheless, EoD did have some decent people, but like someone said, a few good people does not equal a good guild.
I believe when a huge portion of EoD had left, a certain shammy was trying to rebuilt it, a few quick /who all's showed that the remnants of EoD lost all the fucking arseholes, which unfortunatly for the new EoD was a big blow for the numbers. The shammy gave up and transferred to another server and i recently saw him on this server again.

Yes, but i was an old squishy loh paladin in the early days. Be aware of the return of re-created Insurrection (lvl 58 and climbing). I suppose I could take some credit for the exposure, but really i was just stating what many had been thinking all along. Once the evidence was acquired, the disbanding began. I considered heading to EoD, but guild names are important. The name had too many derivitives that could be derived. I still blame Aurita (I think) for making the name. In addition, recruitment was going to be too open for my liking. So I bribed Enshadowed and its here I've been.

Actually, that was me at that task.. Tauren helped in the attempt, as did Starlit. Still, when we lost everyone to Ensh/Watch/Stormhammer - We couldnt rebuild.I believe when a huge portion of EoD had left, a certain shammy was trying to rebuilt it, a few quick /who all's showed that the remnants of EoD lost all the fucking arseholes, which unfortunatly for the new EoD was a big blow for the numbers. I agree, sometimes it seems like a lot of their players just got off the short bus, but for getting a tough flag, it's worth a shot. Israraids don't compare to a well run operation like Watchers or Sojo, but it's not the tardfest it was even a month ago. Don't go expecting loot, get your flag and get out.Fobbon Lazyfoot wrote:Shadowed Silence is alright. I actually owe two flags to Israfel's zerg fests

Your missing the point. Enchowdered is EoD reborn in as much as EoD was LoH reborn. This is what you all said when EoD 1st came around it's LoH reborn because it had alot of old LoH.Well I'd have to say when you have 20 or so former LoH/EoD raiding daily with you, you must be EoD reborn. Awea I didn't start the name calling here.Shouldn't you be banging the elderly or feasting on slimjims someplace?
