The wife is sizing up his family jewels for her next necklace, but the broker that owns the real estate firm we're working with has turned out to be a bit more aggressive and persistent than I expected. Apparently, the appraiser has screwed him over a couple times this month alone, so while he'll make jack all for commission on our purchase, really, our broker wants the appraiser out of the market.
