Too worried about getting your three unflagged members flagged *snicker*VT keys, Sleepers keys, epics, spells, gear and whatever "raid" experience they members may or may not have had is relatively insignificant in the recruitment process because as Saevrok rightly pointed out, you get everything you need from the guild you are applying to.
Where are the gonna pull some of them flags from? Don't give me this open raid BS. I have only seen maybe one of those not fail and that was a zergfest on Aerin Dar. Was very amusing, got the job done, but doesn't quite cut it for the bigger things like RZ, MM, Agnarr, Sol ro.In order to join __________, you must:
- Level 65
- Be active (we raid 5-6 days per week)
- Find 4 active members to sponsor you to start the candidacy process. (not required in order to apply)
- Have a VERY solid internet connection
- FLAGS: You must be elemental flagged. People with Plane of Time access are welcome with big open arms.

Of course they are resumes. You're applying for a job on a raiding force. What did you expect? Flags are very important because they are a royal pain in the ass. All of the top level guilds hold flagging raids for the people that they are interested in recruiting. Most will even two box apps to get the flags if the app can't be online for some reason. Open raids *have* done every single flag to elementals as well, but that usually is a tough path to follow. Still, your inital comment never mentioned flags so now you're sliding around trying to make light of some utter crap you posted about recruitment which you made up from nowhere.Where are the gonna pull some of them flags from?
