Looking at the requirements for FEAR, you meet the minimum, but are below the recommended for vid cards. FX... I thought that was the mobile version of Nvidia's stuff. Is the graphics integrated into your motherboard?
FX is basically OC'd of the last generation.

I realised that after i installed it and tried to run the performance test Tallas.

Running Maxium on everything, i was averaging a whooping 4fps.

Maxium system, low graphics, i was around the 16fps average

Maxium System, minium graphics, averaged 120ish fps, but was peaking at 230.
