Yeah, fairly anti-climatic huh? I honestly felt like the writers were taken by surprise by the shows popularity. They didn't seem to have a 'long game' in mind & thus rushed things a bit.Alluveal wrote:Ugh!! Did not like that ending either!
I've said from the start that if they had went the direction of him infiltrating the govt. and working his way towards president it would have had a much longer story arch possibilities. Still, can't complain too much. Wasn't Breaking Bad greatness, but served as decent TV.
