And why wasn't Shosh initially banned for posting Sunshu's RL name? If that's the rule, it would've avoided this whole wretched mess.

Because the rules are pretty much whatever Relbeek wants them to be that morning and he had wood for Shosh in his pants and wood for Valoria in his pen. Pretty clear who was getting banned.

Nope. I just think Shosh was BY FAR the most malicious person posting on this thread. Valoria was trolling which is only malicious if you are, well, an idiot. Shosh went and did the Internet equivalent of ripping a guys nuts off and stuffing them down his throat (that or faked doing so, not sure which is worse). The fault was clear. It was the view of the power that is that was cloudy.

And Relbeek, you can accuse me of trolling (apparently now also bannable if done from an anon account) or rules-lawyering (which will probably be bannable soon) all you want.

But I still calls 'em as I see 'em, and as a fellow egoist recognizing his own, here's what I see: Someone trying to protect their ego from admitting to a fuckup, now fuckups, by fucking up more and more.

I honestly don't want to see you go through total Jester meltdown, and that's where this all seems to be leading.

Your actions are contradictory, and drawn from emotional motivations, not a clear or logical policy. You will not succede in defending your positions on these bans by yourself. . Give the Mods the right to review the recent bannings and actions. Accept and publish their reviewal of the bannings, and if necessary retract or modify your actions based upon their recomendations. Then let the f*cking thing die. Lots of people here are behaving like children. Including some who deliberately set out to push your buttons and used your emotional reactions to paint you into a corner.

Tim is right. I remember you saying that you would only act upon your mods recomendations. Stick to that, eat some crow, and let this tempest in a teapot settle down.

So I came into work today thinking that it would be another suckfest... until I read this thread. I have nothing against Relbeek, but I find it hilarious that all these people are being suspended/banned/berated for posting his RL first name when it so easily accessible for anyone with an internet connection (which I am fairly sure includes everyone on this board.)

Relbeek if you are so anal about your RL information leaking onto this board, then why the fuck did you list your real name and address when you registered this domain. With a simple inquiry on whois.org I was able to see your real name, as well as the fact that you live about 10 minutes from my apartment in West St. Paul (I would take 494 west to 35E south).

Other people who were more thoughtful about their paranoia regarding RL information leaking out where smart enough to not list that shit when they registered their domains.

For example, when you do a whois on enshadowed.net, you get:

"stuff" does not constitue as banning material. Only names/addresses/phone numbers/social security numbers/passwords/pictures. Show me where I posted ANY of that. What I posted as a first name, didn't even say WHOSE first name it was.
