It's pretty cool but I don't get "ultradense". 1 trillion bits = 125 gigabytes. Most flash memory could achieve that in a square inch of medium, or at least come close.
The real question for me is the access time, which will dictate how useful the tech really is.

Flash memory has a 10 year lifespan if never refreshed. That is the difference here, Ultra dense and long storage life.
