Dunno if there is already a thread about this series but I finally got to see this past weekend the last two seasons of this Awesome series! All I can say is WOW..this shit is awesome!!

Lulu started one in the main forum I think. But yes, everyone I know is stoked about this show. When I looked at the return date for next season being 3 months into 2013 I wanted to cry.

Lol all groping aside...whats the deal with the really hot blonde and the dragon thing? I find my mind wandering and the sudden urge to knock out a couple of knuckle children when I see that tart...lol! My buddy says she's some kinda dragon mother or something?

Are you caught up? She is exactly that. The mother of dragons. You get to see her make them cook a dude later. I thought she was more interesting before, but lettuce see where it goes.

Yeah, book 2 was pretty much her wandering around whining (internally) about her poor people, then she went into the House of the Undying and blew it up.

Book 3 gets far more interesting for her.

Yeah, she starts getting really badass at some point. I'm just happy the last book gave us, what, 2 Arya chapters? Booo for who he killed off though.

Free, yeah, but Dance with Dragons was essentially taking place at the same time as Feast for Crows (up until the last 1/3), so we got some of her chapters in book 4. BUT, that said, I agree.... one can never have too much Arya. More more more!

As for who they killed in the last book, I'm convinced that person is not a "gonner." There are many discussions abound and much talk about the prophecy of Azor A'hai. I'm personally of the mind that this character is not gone and will use an innate ability to keep from perishing (until a certain someone can intervene).

But, then again, Martin takes no prisoners. I can't wait to see peoples' reaction to a certain event in book 3. Folks are gonna lose their shiz.

They did, and she's one of those characters who, like the Kingslayer, are initially portrayed as totally evil. But, as you watch/read, you realize that perspective is everything. =)

I don't think she'll shoot another shadow assassin out of her tweeter, though, which makes me sad.
