I thought they both really did an excellent job. Michelle's speech was especially moving and I'm not sure how Obama is going to top her.
The Ted Kennedy piece was also great. Looking at those pieces, it seems like politicians were lions on the floor back then. More passion, less crazy and got more shit done. Also, seeing how far we've come from having both sides supporting women's rights, just to cater to a group, is pretty sad.
Like the numerous signs out there say "I can't believe we still have to protest this shit".

The Ted Kennedy/past legislators thing is partly bullshit, given that it was Teddy himself who torpedoed Carter in '80.
