i love shaving the flesh from mammals asses. I apply heat and simmer it in grease oils. Then i pull the ass-strips right out of the pan, and lower them down my triple-chinned throat.

I've always said, if it moos, clucks, oinks, gobbles, quacks or bleats to throw it on the grill. That was before I found out about something called "LDL." Whatever this "LDL" is, it was so high that it involved my wife threatening to leave me.

3 years of Turkey Bacon and other sacrifices, and lots of Lipitor, and I now have the "LDL" of a 25 year old. But I miss the real thing, though. It's a fatty, cholesterol-laden, unclean animal. But it'a a tasty unclean animal. I miss consuming its flesh. And yes, I"m a carnivore. I tried eating just murdered plants but murdered animals taste better, and the doc says I should mix it up. Hey, I didn't structure the universe such that its inhabitants need to consume each other in other to survive - I just live here ... and grill some of God's creatures - the tasty ones at least.

I've kind of conceded to the fact that I'll die of a heart attack some day. What with the years of adderall and unhealthy eating I've done. I just cooked a giant load of bacon last week and am working my way through it still.

The Turkey bacon aint so bad. I have the missus nearly burn it so it tastes more like the real thing. Every morning I have 1 fancy, free-range egg, a slice of toast on whole wheat bread we bake ourselves, and two pieces of Turkey bacon, well burnt. At first I thought "well, it beats being single" but after a while I realized how much better I feel with a lighter breakfast.

I still sneak it on the road though. Or should I say, the missus chooses not to fight that battle. I'm sure I get snitched on. But day to day, there's no bacon love
