Blerg... don't let my pessimism keep you from watching it. It's probably going to be a good show. I mean it was pretty good. It just seems to be yet another show that isn't going to live up to it's potential. I thought it was going to be considerably more deep & intellectual. Who knows, it was just the pilot, maybe it will get better.

It is. And you should probably watch it. It wasn't bad. I was just expecting something on the level of The Killing. Very dark & deep & very real. This just seems like it wants to roll this thing into a week to week "Oh here's the next serial killer, we have to solve this one now" thing. We will see. I hope I'm wrong & it gets better. Really like the actors in it. If it sucks, it will 100% be the directors fault.

Its pretty good, but I'm not gonna get attached. Fox cancels everything thats remotely good and not a Comedy.

I watched three episodes of it this weekend, it's not bad. It doesn't feel like it should have multiple seasons to me though. It's a decent story for a season, but anything more would be dragging it out and what kind of story are you going to give this cop next, to top this one? Even more gruesome? I'm not really into serial killer type shows in general though, so I'm kind of a tough sell for this anyway.

Haven't kept up, might try to get a few in & see if it's getting any better. Thus far it's just been meh.
