uh then he probably cant run much at all now can he Partha?
Hopefully the groundwork he has laid will continue onwards into the future and the shareholders of haliburton will continue to prosper.

Did anyone think he was going to run? As was stated the guy has a bad heart. A really bad heart. The man has a fucking defibrillator implanted in his chest. God only knows how many heart attacks he has had at his "undisclosed location”. But the biggest strike against him is that he gives the general impression of being a snarling bully. This is exactly the kind of guy you want as a VP, but he scores terribly with voters in general. Look at his approval ratings vs. his boss. He has always lagged 20 or more points behind.

I'm with Klast, I never talked to anyone that thought he would run, I don't think the guy EVER said he was considering running. I would not have been surpirsed if he had choose not to run as VP the second term.
