So I turned on my computer the other day, and it sounded different. I just dismissed it as the fan being "quiet".
Turns out the fan wasn't even on. My processor proceeded to fuse itself to my heatsin via melted rubber and plastic..
I'm cool.

I once changed the heatsink on my chipset controller thingy and 3 weeks later it fell off onto my $500 gfx card. Had to replace everything attached to the mb (gfx, cpu, mem, sound, mb). Since the clips on the mb failed, Asus was nice and replaced most of it.
And this other time my water cooling leaked and killed most of the same stuff. Im def getting the most of my Asus warranty
