Why doesn't he deserve the death penalty, Harlowe?Harlowe wrote:No, but definitely institutionalized. The father should be facing some sort of criminal charge.
I doubt this is the one and only time the child has committed a violent act and a 7 year old has no business being alone with a baby, let alone one with aggression issues.
Correction Mr. President, I DID build this, and please give Lurker a hug, we wouldn't want to damage his self-esteem.

I honestly don't know what to do with aberations. I don't think this child will ever lead a "normal" life and will probably end up incarcerated for most of his natural life.
I truely believe that some people are just born violent. They are hardwired anti-social abberations and they need to be dealt with in some way.

I generally do not get to "PWN" people........so allow me to savor the moment.
........................................................................
There. Ok.
You asked....
So why would you say.....
........................................................................
There. Ok.
You asked....
Then you said......Why doesn't he deserve the death penalty, Harlowe?
But I had already said.....Why don't you answer the question? If you are for the death penalty, why doesn't this child deserve death?
Which would mean I am against the death penalty you boob.We all know you're against the death penalty as are many on this board including me
So why would you say.....
when you clearly had already posed the question directly to Harlowe and I had already said I am anti death penalty? The question was more directed at Jecks, than you Harlowe.

Ack.
My bad Jecks. I missed the part about you being against the death penalty. For some reason, I thought you were in favor of it.
What I'm trying to get at, and the pro-death penalty people are avoiding, is why the kid shouldn't get the death penalty. Not won't get the death penalty (he won't because he's too young, and current law forbids execution of minors), but shouldn't.
They could argue mental capacity, but we've put to death people that have less cognitive ability than a seven year old. They could argue age, but that, too , has been a floating standard.
It was my attempt to get a pro-death penalty supporter to engage in a debate of the criteria used to determine whether or not an individual receives death.
